Congratulations to the Varsity baseball team for finishing the 2016 season with a victory over Collins Hill (ranked 4th in Georgia Class 6A). The Wildcats won 6-5 behind a complete game performance by Alan Carter who finished the season with 78 strikeouts, breaking the previous school record held by Zack Erwin (2012). Alan had 8 strikeouts and gave up 2 earned runs to earn the win. At the plate, Duluth was lead by Edrian Diaz (3 for 4 with an RBI), Kyle Yancey (2B and 2 RBI), Eric Kim (2B and 2 RBI) and Trey Harris (2 for 4).
Congratulations to Alan Carter, Edrian Diaz, Trey Harris, Eric Kim, Graham Parris, Chase Parker, and Kyle Yancey for their accomplishments as Duluth Baseball players. We wish them luck in the future.
Congratulations to the Junior Varsity baseball team on finishing the season with a 12-4 record, the best record for a JV baseball team at Duluth in over 8 years. Great job by all of the coaches and players and thank you to the fans for all of your support throughout the season!
9th Grade Team
Congratulations to the 9th Grade Wildcats on finishing their season with a winning record! This is the most successful 9th grade season we have had in several years and shows the great improvement of the Wildcat Baseball program as a whole. A big thanks goes out to the players and coaches for their hard work and dedication to the program.

Congratulations to Duluth Wildcat Senior Pitcher Alan Carter on signing to play college baseball at Columbus State University. Alan has worked very hard and has been an important member of the Varsity Baseball team since his sophomore year at Duluth. Congratulations to former Duluth Wildcat Zack Erwin on being drafted by the Chicago White Sox in the 4th round of the Major League Baseball First Year Player Draft. He was the 112th selection overall. After 3 stellar seasons as a starter at Clemson University, Zack has the opportunity to continue his career on the professional level.
